Department use

This dashboard is for authorized department staff managing special-order parts. Use your own Google account. The existing spreadsheet’s sharing permissions determine which records you can view and change.

Saved changes update the live department sheet. Review customer details and order status before saving. The return queue is a review aid; it does not automatically return or delete parts.

Refresh before editing. The app detects changes before saving, but Google Sheets does not provide a transactional record lock for these browser edits. If two people change the same field at the same instant, the last save may prevail.

If a save cannot be confirmed, refresh and inspect the order before submitting again. Availability depends on Google, Cloudflare and your internet connection. For help, contact raypricempparts@gmail.com.
