Privacy

This dashboard helps authorized Ray Price Ford employees manage special-order parts in the department’s Google Sheet.

Google access

Connecting a Google account requests permission to read and edit spreadsheets. The app code targets only the department’s configured Special Order Parts spreadsheet. Your existing Google file permissions govern access and editing.

Data handling

Customer names, contact details, vehicle information, order details and notes are retrieved directly from Google Sheets into your browser. Saves go directly back to Google Sheets. The dashboard does not maintain a separate customer database on Cloudflare.

Google access tokens remain in browser memory and are not written to browser storage. Disconnect clears the dashboard’s in-memory data. Cloudflare serves the website files and may process normal connection information such as IP addresses under its own privacy practices. Google handles account authorization and spreadsheet storage.

Controls and contact

You can disconnect in the dashboard and revoke permission through your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Contact the department administrator at raypricempparts@gmail.com about this app or its records.
